Returning/ Exchanging of goods
If you decide you wish to return an item in case of defects or incorrect product, you can do so within 7 days of receipt. Simply snap pictures of the product, specifically the affected parts if it is a defect, and send us a return request in the form below. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
Once we have received and inspected your images, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days. In the case of an exchange, however, expect your replacement to arrive at your doorstep within a set timeframe.If you haven’t received your refund, please initially check your bank account by contacting your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
